If you are, but don’t like reading so much, just reblog to help me do what I Love to do.

But I’m sure my dashboard is telling me all I need to know.
Recommend an album for review?
I’m going to rely on recommendations because I feel like reviewing songs I already know might be biased.
I find it a lot easier to review something I’ve never heard before.
Also, still wanting some guest reviews from some of my followers :3
“Magical World (Feat. Nelly Furtado)” - Magical World (Single) - Bassnectar - 2010
Now before I talk about this song, I want to let it be known that I won’t make it a habit to review remixes. It just doesn’t seem like it’s fair to the original artist. With that being said, Bassnectar explains this song as a ”musical mutant marriage between elements of [His] song ‘Timestretch’ and Nelly Furtado’s classic ‘Turn Out The Lights’.”
Unfortunately, once Furtado’s verse comes in, it loses a bit of it’s ‘feel’. Even after the chorus comes back in, it never quite effectively puts me into my clearheadedness. Although, I did really enjoy when everything except for the bass and some sound effects drops out before the second verse, but of course, the verse ruins it for me.
I definitely enjoy this song and consider it one of the better remixes I’ve heard, but it’s not as effective as it could be.

How many of you would say you Love music?
Now how many of you enjoy talking about music?
How many of you have written an album review?
Since I can’t review music as often as I’d like, I wouldn’t mind accepting a few reviews from passionate music enthusiasts.
If you could please reblog this post if you have friends who would be interested!
Also, these are rhetorical questions that you don’t have to answer XD
Absence - Paper Route - 2009
First of all, I was going to review this album several days ago. I listened through it once, and sat down ready to write a review. I was going to say it was interesting and catchy. I was going to say that the male vocals were a bit irritating, but that I enjoyed the instrumentals.
Since that time, this album has grown on me like a deadly fungus. I listen to the album constantly when I’m on the computer. I’m currently listening to it now. The album reminds me of a Poppier MGMT with just a hint of Portugal. The Man.
Catchy is an understatement. The album had great melodies and managed to keep the album diverse while still having a sense of unity. It ranges from the dancy dubstep-esque song “Gutter” to the theatrical and emotional ballad “Dance On Our Graves” (Which I would consider my favorite track on the album).
